Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will also be applied automatically during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time) are usually processed on the same business day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

United States

USA orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 4–6 Business Days Total

This includes 1–2 business days of order preparation plus 3–4 business days of transit time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

Shipments to the UAE are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are already included in the product prices shown on our product pages, and you will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Orders shipped within the United States are sent from our USA-based warehouse, so no customs duties or import fees apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery. You can also track your order anytime on our order tracking page.
